We are currently looking to speak with experienced Educational Psychologists who are interested in flexible remote or face-to-face assessment work.
This opportunity is suitable for HCPC-registered Educational Psychologists with experience completing statutory assessment work, including EHCNAs, psychological advice, consultations, observations, and report writing.
We have ongoing opportunities available for Educational Psychologists who are looking to pick up additional assessments on a flexible basis, whether that is remote work, face-to-face assessments, or a combination of both.
The Role
As an Educational Psychologist, you will be completing assessment work for children and young people as part of the statutory SEND process.
Depending on the opportunity, work may include:
*Completing EHCNAs and psychological advice.
*Carrying out remote and/or face-to-face assessments.
*Completing consultations with schools, families, carers, and professionals.
*Reviewing relevant background information and professional reports.
*Completing observations where required.
*Writing clear, detailed, and high-quality reports.
*Working in line with SEND legislation and local authority expectations.
*Supporting children and young people with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, learning needs, communication needs, and complex SEND.
Remote and Face-to-Face Options

*Ongoing assessment work.
*Flexible monthly caseloads based on your availability.

Requirements
Applicants must have:
*HCPC registration as an Educational Psychologist.
*Previous experience completing statutory assessment work.
*Experience completing EHCNAs and psychological advice.
*Strong report-writing skills.
*Good knowledge of SEND legislation and local authority assessment processes.
*The ability to work independently and manage assessment deadlines.
Desirable Experience
*Experience working with local authorities.
*Previous locum, associate, or independent Educational Psychology experience.
*Experience completing both remote and face-to-face assessments.
*Experience supporting children and young people with a wide range of SEND needs.
