Job Description:
Full job descriptionOur Client is looking for an experienced Administrator to ensure that the day-to-day office administration runs smoothly.
This role would be around 24 hours a week and they can be highly flexible on the days/hours.
Salary – £27-30,000 FTE based on experience which will be pro-rata’d.
Duties and responsibilities
*Processing sales orders and invoices.
*Processing information accurately to match supplier quotes & bill customers correctly.
*Ensure invoices & statements are checked for accuracy.
*Scanning, filing and retrieving paperwork both manually and electronically.
*Organise bi-annual conferences for customers.
*Ordering stationary and any other office supplies.
*Create customer templates.
*Dealing with Petty Cash.
*Planning the Christmas Party and company events.
*Any other ad hoc administrative requests.
Attributes Required:
*Proactive during quieter times.
*Team player
*Excellent IT skills
*Ability to priorities tasks without supervision
*Trained in the use of Microsoft Packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
*Enthusiastic, friendly and approachable
