Join a leading global investment management firm undergoing a major data transformation. You’ll take ownership of a business-critical Snowflake platform, ensuring it remains secure, scalable, high-performing, and well-governed across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
*Own Snowflake platform administration, performance, and cost optimisation.
*Manage RBAC, access controls, SSO integrations, and security policies.
*Implement data masking, row-level security, audit logging, and network controls.
*Deliver platform upgrades, new feature adoption, and Terraform-based deployments.
*Partner with Data Engineering, Security, and Cloud teams to drive best practices and continuous improvement.
*Act as the Snowflake SME for platform operations, governance, and architecture.

Essential Skills
*Strong enterprise Snowflake administration experience.
*Cortex AI
*Expertise in Snowflake security, RBAC, governance, and access management.
*Experience with warehouse management, performance tuning, and cost optimisation.
*Strong SQL skills and knowledge of Account Usage and Information Schema.
*Terraform (or similar Infrastructure-as-Code tooling).
*Cloud platform, networking, and identity management experience (e.g. Okta, Azure AD).
*Available to start within 1 month (maximum notice period).

Highly Desirable
*SnowPro certification.
*Snowpark, Dynamic Tables, Data Sharing, or Clean Rooms.
*Python automation.
*dbt, Fivetran, Matillion, Alation, or Collibra.
*Experience within regulated environments.
