Full job descriptionPremier Work Support are working with a prestigious client based in Basildon who are looking to recruit a permanent Finance Manager.
As the Finance Manager you will be pivotal for implementing and leading business initiatives alongside managing the finance team. This will be your role to take ownership of with the focus on delivering a forward-thinking operating model that can be relayed to the business.
You will be responsible for:
*Analysing operational and financial performance trends.
*Challenging existing processes and identify inefficiencies.
*Using your vision to implement change, put new initiatives into place and leading the team to achieve these.
*Use data to support decision-making and prioritisation.
*Identify root causes rather than treating symptoms.
*Develop KPIs, dashboards and performance metrics.
*Partner with operational teams to improve profitability, productivity and working capital.
*Translate financial information into actionable business insights.
This role should progressively evolve from transaction processing towards analysis, business partnering and decision support.
Previous experience of working within a similar role is essential as well as a passion for making solid decisions that will impact the wider spread finance team and the business.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.15pm
