Full-Time | Temporary Roles Available | ASAP and September Starts
With the new academic year fast approaching, we are looking to recruit experienced and reliable School Caretakers to support schools across Liverpool. Due to a busy period currently and an increase in September vacancies, we have a number of full-time temporary opportunities available.
Pay Rate: £17.50 - £18.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
*Opening and closing school premises
*Carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs
*Ensuring the school site is safe, secure, and well-maintained
*Conducting health and safety checks
*Managing contractors and deliveries on site
*Setting up rooms and facilities for school events
*Maintaining cleanliness of external areas, including pathways and car parks
*Responding to site-related issues as they arise
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous caretaker, site supervisor, facilities, or maintenance experience
*Experience working within a school environment is desirable
*Good understanding of health and safety procedures
*Practical maintenance and DIY skills
*Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
