Join a growing logistics organisation within their Customer Service team, delivering high-quality UK and international distribution services. Day-to-day duties of the role:
*Ensure the daily tasks of logistics and customer administration are completed efficiently.
*Interact effectively with the Transport, Despatch, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth operations.
*Maintain prompt and effective communication within the Customer Service team.
*Manage clear and accurate communications in all interactions with clients and team members.
*Utilise PC skills to manage data and correspondence through Outlook, Word, and Metafour.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*PC literate, with working ability in Outlook, Word, and Metafour (preferred but not required).
*Good numeracy and literacy skills.
*Previous experience in logistics and customer service is advantageous but not essential.
*Excellent telephone manner and strong organisational skills.
*Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and remain calm under pressure.
*Good problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
*Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, flexibility, and a customer-focused, service-oriented attitude.
*Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
