Property Litigation Solicitor
We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable law firm in Redditch for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding dispute resolution team.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of contentious property matters for both commercial and private clients, with genuine prospects for career development.
The Role
You will be responsible for handling a varied caseload including:
*Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes.
*Possession proceedings and forfeiture matters.
*Boundary and neighbour disputes.
*Rights of way and easement issues.
*Breach of covenant claims.
*Property-related contract disputes.
*Debt recovery connected to property matters.
*Alternative dispute resolution and Court proceedings.
Candidate Requirements
*Qualified Solicitor (NQ+ PQE considered, salary commensurate with experience).
*Experience within Property Litigation or Dispute Resolution.
*Strong technical and procedural knowledge.
*Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
*Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
*Enthusiastic, proactive and commercially minded approach.
