Property Litigation Executive
An established and growing law firm in Redditch is seeking a motivated Property Litigation Executive to join its busy Property Disputes team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigation professional to manage a varied caseload of property-related disputes while working within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing a caseload of property litigation matters from inception through to conclusion.
*Handling landlord and tenant disputes, including residential and commercial possession claims.
*Advising clients on boundary disputes, easements, rights of way, covenant breaches and nuisance claims.
*Drafting legal documents, correspondence and court applications.
*Negotiating settlements and alternative dispute resolution where appropriate.
*Maintaining excellent client care standards and building strong client relationships.
*Supporting business development and networking activities.
About You
*Previous experience handling property litigation matters.
*Litigation Executive, CILEX qualified, or equivalent legal experience considered.
*Strong organisational and case management skills.
*Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
*Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
*Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
