Location: Trafford, Manchester
Salary: £25,000 Basic | OTE £52,000+ (Uncapped) + Company Car
Richard Abson Group is proud to be working with a well-established dealership in Trafford, Manchester to recruit an experienced and driven Car Sales Executive.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and customer-focused team, specialising in both new and used vehicle sales within a modern dealership environment.
The Role
As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
• Selling both new and used vehicles
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to handover
• Building long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Maximising profitability on each vehicle sale
• Presenting finance and additional products in a compliant and professional manner
You’ll be joining a professional and supportive sales team focused on performance, customer satisfaction, and continued success.
What’s on Offer
• Basic salary of £25,000
• Uncapped OTE of £52,000+
• Earnings based on both volume and profit per vehicle
• Company car
• Supportive team environment
• Excellent opportunity for career progression
Working Hours
• Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Every other weekend off plus a day in the week off every week
About You
• Proven experience in car sales (main dealership experience preferred)
• Strong track record of achieving targets
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly motivated, professional, and driven to succeed
• Full UK driving licence
