Full job descriptionAs a Surveyor in the property department, you will play a key role in managing and delivering property-related projects. This permanent position based in Milton Keynes offers a rewarding opportunity to make a tangible impact within the public sector.

Description
As Surveyor duties will include, however, not be limited to:
*Manage property-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet organisational objectives.
*Provide expert advice on property matters, including valuations, acquisitions, and disposals.
*Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
*Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records for all property transactions.
*Develop and maintain close and effective working relationships with internal colleagues to enable efficient and effective delivery of the client remit.
*Support the development of property strategies that align with organisational goals.
*Assist in budget preparation and cost management for property projects.
Profile
A successful Surveyor should have:
*MRICS qualified
*Wide range of General Practice surveying experience
*Strong knowledge of property regulations and compliance requirements.
*Excellent organisational and project management skills.
*Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
*Proficiency in using property management software and tools.
