A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join a successful automotive dealership in Oxford. This role is perfect for an ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing journey, building lasting relationships, and achieving sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities*Welcoming customers into the dealership and identifying their vehicle requirements.
*Presenting and demonstrating new and used vehicles.
*Arranging and conducting test drives.
*Managing the entire sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
*Promoting finance, insurance, and additional products in line with compliance standards.
*Following up leads and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
*Building long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
*Ensuring all customer interactions deliver an outstanding experience.
What We’re Looking For*Previous experience in automotive sales is desirable, although strong sales experience from other sectors will be considered.
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*A driven, target-focused attitude with a passion for achieving results.
*Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
*Professional appearance and approach.
*Full UK driving licence.
