We’re recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a well-established luxury brand based in Glasgow city centre.
This Purchase Ledger Clerk role has arisen due to continued business growth and increased invoice volumes as the business prepares for its busiest trading period of the year. Initially offered on a temporary basis, there is genuine potential for the successful Purchase Ledger Clerk to secure a permanent position.
Working as part of a friendly and established finance team, you’ll be responsible for:
High-volume invoice processing
Matching, batching and coding invoices
Supplier statement reconciliations
Resolving supplier queries
Ensuring accurate data entry and ledger maintenance
Supporting the wider finance team during a busy period
We’re keen to speak with candidates who have:
Previous Purchase Ledger experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience processing high volumes of invoices
Good communication skills and a proactive approach
The ability to hit the ground running in a busy finance environment
