Description
As Senior Procurement Manager you will be reporting into the Head of Procurement. Duties will include, however, not be limited to:
*Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet operational objectives.
*Manage supplier relationships, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with contractual agreements.
*Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve favourable terms for the organisation.
*Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.
*Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry regulations.
*Collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders to understand operational needs and align procurement activities accordingly.
*Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals to achieve departmental goals.
Profile
A successful Senior Procurement Manager should have:
*Proven experience in procurement within, ideally within categories including: FM, Operations, Capex, MRO, Security.
*Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
*Keen attitude to develop & progress within the team.
*Demonstrated ability to deliver cost savings and operational efficiencies.
*Knowledge of procurement policies, practices, and relevant regulations.
*Experience in managing supplier relationships effectively.
*Capability to lead and develop a team of professionals.
