Description
*Lead the development of high-quality policy papers, briefings, and reports based on robust analysis and evidence
*Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights to inform strategic decisions
*Engage and manage relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders, including government partners
*Deliver small-scale policy projects from scoping through to final output, managing competing priorities
*Contribute to organisational responses to consultations, public inquiries, and policy developments
Profile
*Strong experience in a policy environment, ideally within government, health, or a related sector
*Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop evidence-based recommendations
*Proven ability to produce high-quality written outputs for senior audiences at pace
*Skilled in stakeholder engagement, influencing, and managing competing priorities
*Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment
