As the business continues to grow, they’re looking for a Surveyor to become a key part of the next chapter.


The Role
*Undertake Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys
*Diagnose building defects and provide expert advice to homeowners
*Deliver domestic project work including refurbishments and extensions
*Manage contract administration duties from inception to completion
*Advise on Party Wall matters and neighbourly issues
*Support and mentor more junior colleagues as the team grows


What They’re Looking For
*Strong experience carrying out residential surveys
*Excellent knowledge of residential construction and building pathology
*Experience of domestic project work and contract administration
*A client-focused, commercially minded and personable approach
*Party Wall, valuations or Principal Designer experience would be advantageous
