A specialist SEMH provision in Croydon is looking for an SEMH Primary Teacher to join their team from April 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a small, supportive environment where you can truly focus on teaching and building trust with your pupils.
Pupils have Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, often alongside ASD or ADHD. The curriculum blends core academics with emotional regulation, routine and life skills to help children re-engage positively with education.

*Full-time, permanent
*Small classes of 6-8 pupils
*Deliver a broad Primary curriculum adapted to SEMH needs
*Build strong routines and use restorative approaches
*Work closely with TAs and pastoral staff

*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Primary experience (KS1 or KS2)
*Confident behaviour management
*Calm, resilient and relationship-driven
