The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Immigration Solicitor (2-8 years’ to join a highly regarded team advising a broad range of UK and international businesses based in Edinburgh or Glasgow.
The Role
Working alongside recognised specialists, you’ll advise on the full spectrum of business immigration matters, including:
*Sponsor licence applications and compliance
*Skilled Worker and business visas
*Global mobility and international assignments
*Corporate transaction support
*Right to work compliance and audits
*Employment-related immigration advice
You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to business development, client training and cross-border projects.
About You
*2-8 years’ PQE in business immigration
*Experience advising employers on UK immigration matters
*Strong communication and client relationship skills
*Organised, proactive and commercially minded
