We are looking for an experienced production supervisor who knows their way around the assembly world do join a well-established, down to earth engineering company.
You will be responsible for:
*Attending production meetings
*Ensuring production targets & KPI’s are achieved
*Resolving issues/problems as they happen
*Employee return to work meetings
Flexibility is needed for this role and will involve hands on work from time to time.
To be considered
*Previous supervisor experience in a production/manufacturing environment
*Experience running an assembly cell is advantageous
*Clear communication skills
*Strong people management skills
