Contract: Full-time, Long-term
Pay: £110 – £130 per day (dependent on experience)
Are you a passionate Sports Coach looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people? We are currently recruiting for a full-time Sports Coach to work within a specialist SEND provision supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
This is a rewarding opportunity to use sport as a tool to engage, motivate, and support students who may have faced challenges in mainstream education.
The Role
*Deliver structured and engaging sports sessions and physical activities
*Support pupils with SEMH needs, promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation
*Work closely with teaching staff to support learning both inside and outside the classroom
*Build strong, positive relationships with pupils to encourage participation and engagement
*Assist with behaviour management using a calm and consistent approach
Requirements
*Experience working with children or young people in a sports coaching or educational setting
*Strong behaviour management skills and ability to engage students with SEMH needs
*Team player with a proactive and resilient attitude
*Passion for supporting young people and making a positive impact

*Competitive daily rate of £110 – £130
