What you’ll do*Run your own residential conveyancing caseload
*Handle sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership, re-mortgages & new builds
*Give clear, practical advice to clients
*Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds & legal documents
*Manage enquiries, quotes and your diary confidently
*Build strong client relationships
What you’ll bring*Qualified Solicitor with residential conveyancing experience

*Confident, organised and detail-focused
*CQS experience is helpful
