What You’ll Do


· Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing the team

· Drive performance by delivering exceptional customer service and commercial results

· Lead by example on the shop floor, providing personalised product advice

· Oversee daily operations, including rotas, stock management, and compliance

· Support with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing colleague development
