Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are recruiting for a Trainee / Improver Estimator & Contracts Manager to join a specialist subcontractor within the drylining and suspended ceilings sector.
This is a development role offering training across both estimating and contract management duties, working alongside experienced professionals with long-term progression opportunities.
Requirements:
*Some experience within construction (ideally interiors/drylining)
*Good numerical and IT skills
*Full UK Driving Licence
*Strong willingness to learn and progress
Desirable:
*Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
*Exposure to take-off/estimating software (e.g. Bluebeam or similar)
*Understanding of construction processes and site-based work
*Relevant construction qualification or equivalent experience
*CSCS card
