Are you a Secondary English Teacher looking for your next opportunity?
The Supply Register is recruiting English Teachers to join our growing network of supply staff across the Chesterfield area, with immediate and September 2026 start opportunities available.
We are working in partnership with schools including Heritage High School and Springwell Community College, offering a range of opportunities from day-to-day supply to long-term teaching roles.
We’re looking for teachers who:
• Hold QTS or are a recent ECT
• Have strong English curriculum knowledge
• Can deliver engaging and effective lessons
• Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• Maintain high expectations for pupils and their own teaching practice
• Work collaboratively to support progress and raise standards
