To deliver high-quality Science teaching that inspires students, raises achievement, and supports their academic and personal development across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable).
Key Responsibilities*Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated Science lessons.
*Assess, monitor and support student progress.
*Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed learning environment.
*Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental improvement.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers to support student achievement.
*Act as a Form Tutor where required.
*Promote and safeguard the welfare of all students in line with school policies.
Person Specification*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
*Degree in a Science-related subject.
*Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management.
