Working within a target-driven environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, arranging viewings, negotiating offers and supporting landlords and tenants from instruction through to completion. Strong communication skills, local market knowledge and a proactive approach are essential to achieve success in this role.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:
*Register applicants and match suitable properties to their requirements
*Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between landlords and tenants
*Generate new business opportunities and build relationships with landlords
*Carry out market appraisals and assist with winning new instructions where appropriate
*Maintain regular communication with applicants, landlords and colleagues throughout the lettings process
*Achieve individual targets while delivering a high level of customer service
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Previous experience within residential lettings
*Strong sales and negotiation skills
*Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Self-motivated, ambitious and target driven
*Professional and confident communication skills
*Knowledge of the Forest Hill and surrounding areas would be advantageous
*Full UK driving licence
