Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
£12.71 per hour
Ongoing Temporary Position
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a busy and friendly team based in Milton Keynes.
Duties will include:
*Processing sales orders
*Scheduling deliveries and updating customers on delivery dates
*Quoting for spare parts and processing parts orders
*Taking incoming phone calls
*Raising purchase orders with suppliers and the factory
*Providing holiday cover for colleagues within the sales administration team
*Liaising with warehouses and hauliers to arrange deliveries
*Updating customer spreadsheets and records
*Assisting the Office Manager with administrative tasks
*General ad hoc administration duties as required
The ideal candidate will have:
*Previous administration experience
*Good communication skills
*Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*SAP experience would be advantageous but is not essential
