Our client is seeking an experienced Property Management Team Leader to join their property management department based in South Woodford.
This position combines hands-on property management with team leadership, operational oversight, and service delivery across a diverse residential portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Management Team Leader:
*Leading and supporting the day-to-day activities of the property management team
*Overseeing rent collection, arrears management, and tenancy administration
*Managing maintenance issues, contractor relationships, and compliance requirements
*Coordinating tenancy renewals, check-outs, and property licensing applications
*Handling possession proceedings, court applications, and legal processes where required
*Monitoring service standards, reporting, and customer satisfaction across the department
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Previous experience in a senior property management or team leadership role
*Strong knowledge of residential AST property management processes
*Experience managing compliance, maintenance, and tenancy matters
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
*Strong organisational and time-management abilities
*Good IT skills with experience using CRM and property management systems
*Full UK driving licence
*ARLA, NAEA, NFOPP or other industry qualifications beneficial but not essential
