Description
The Residential Development Solicitor will be:


*Managing a broad range of residential development and strategic land transactions
*Advising national and regional house builders, developers and landowners
*Negotiating acquisition, disposal and development agreements
*Working closely with planning, construction, environmental and tax specialists on complex projects
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Working on business development initiatives and helping grow the practice
*Delivering commercially focused legal advice on high value transactions
*Working with colleagues across a nationally recognised real estate team

Profile
.The Residential Development Solicitor should be:


*A solicitor or equivalent with between 2 and 10 years’ PQE
*Experienced in residential development or commercial property work
*Commercially minded with excellent client relationship skills
*Able to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
*Interested in developing a long term career with a large national law firm
*A strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively within a high performing team


Job Offer
*Salary ranging from £64,000 to £80,000 per annum.
