Working across a diverse portfolio of residential developments, the successful candidate will manage a network of self-employed agents while engaging with owner-occupiers, institutional buyers and investors.
With marketing support generating leads and a strong presence across London, this role offers the opportunity to influence sales strategy, develop high-performing teams and contribute to continued growth within the New Homes sector.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Manager:
*Managing and supporting a team of self-employed sales agents
*Driving sales performance and achieving business targets
*Coaching, mentoring and developing agents to maximise results
*Building relationships with developers, investors and purchasers
*Monitoring sales activity and implementing effective sales strategies
*Working closely with marketing teams to convert enquiries into sales opportunities
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Previous New Homes sales experience is essential
*Proven experience in a Sales Manager or senior sales leadership role
*Strong understanding of the London residential property market
*Experience managing or mentoring sales teams
*Ability to build relationships with investors and institutional buyers
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Target-driven with a commercial mindset
*Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across London as required
