Duties Flat Roofer
*Install, repair, and maintain flat roofing systems using appropriate materials and techniques
*Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation
*Operate power tools, hand tools, welding equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and effectively
*Perform heavy lifting of roofing materials and equipment to facilitate installation processes
*Use carpentry, masonry, plumbing, and other construction skills as required during roofing projects
*Conduct inspections to identify potential issues or defects in roofing structures
*Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
*Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
*Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all times
Experience Flat Roofer
*Proven experience in roofing, construction, or related trades such as carpentry or masonry
*Knowledge of schematics, welding techniques, and fabrication processes is desirable
*Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and specialised roofing equipment
*Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during installation or repair tasks
*Experience working with plumbing or masonry is advantageous but not essential
*Strong understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to roofing work
