We are actively seeking a Credit Controller for a growing company in Manchester city centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business on a permanent basis.

The main duties include:
*Debt Collection: Ensure timely collection of outstanding customer payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
*Credit Risk Management: Assess and monitor customer creditworthiness, applying credit limits and controls
*Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
*Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate reports on aged debt, cash collection forecasts, and credit exposure
*Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal teams (sales, finance) and external customers to resolve payment issues.
*Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve invoice queries or disputes to facilitate payment.
*Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve credit control processes and reduce overdue debt.
Our client is looking for a candidate who has:
*Credit Control experience
*Experience of working in a fast paced environment
*The ability to develop and maintain excellent customer relationships
