Location: Eccleston
Salary: Up to £30,000 + Commission
Working hours: Monday to Friday - 9am - 5.15pm plus working 1 in every 4 Saturdays from 9am - 3pm
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Negotiator to join a well-established independent estate agency. This is a varied role where you’ll be responsible for guiding buyers and sellers through the entire sales process while delivering an exceptional level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
*Manage residential property sales from instruction through to completion.
*Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers and applicants, providing regular updates throughout the sales process.
*Conduct property viewings and deliver detailed feedback to vendors.
*Negotiate offers to achieve the best outcome for all parties.
*Progress agreed sales, working closely with solicitors, mortgage advisers and surveyors.
*Register new applicants, understand their requirements and match them with suitable properties.
*Generate new business through referrals, prospecting and local networking.
*Assist with market appraisals where required.
*Ensure all customer records and property information are kept accurate and up to date.
*Support property marketing by creating engaging property descriptions and assisting with online advertising and social media.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
*Confident, professional and customer focused.
*An excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills.
*Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple transactions at once.
*Self-motivated, proactive and target driven.
*Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
*A strong problem solver with excellent attention to detail.
*In possession of a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
Experience Required
*Previous experience in estate agency, property sales or a customer-facing sales role would be advantageous.
*Experience progressing residential property sales is desirable but not essential.
*Knowledge of CRM systems and property software would be beneficial.
*Local market knowledge is a bonus but not a requirement.
