Full job descriptionMichael Page are partnering with a business in Poole to recruit a HR Administrator on a 6 month temporary basis.
Client Details
Our client is based in Poole, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the HR team is looking for additional support.
Description
*Support the HR team with daily administrative tasks and correspondence.
*Maintain accurate employee records and update internal systems as required.
*Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate documentation.
*Prepare HR-related reports and presentations.
*Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
*Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth induction process.
*Assist in organising training sessions and employee engagement initiatives.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Profile
A successful HR Admin should have:
*Previous experience in an administrative or HR-related role.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
*A proactive and solutions-focused approach to tasks.
*A good understanding of HR policies and procedures within the Transport & Distribution industry.
