Profile
We are looking for a commercially minded marketing professional with experience developing and delivering customer-focused programmes within a complex B2B environment.


Experience needed:


*Experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing or client engagement
*Extensive B2B marketing experience in Professional Services, Finance, Technology
*A strong understanding of customer journey planning and relationship-building strategies.
*The ability to use data and customer insight to inform decision-making and drive results.
*Experience working with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
*Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across multiple functions.
*Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
*A results-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable commercial outcomes.
