Your Role
Every day is different, but you will:
*Provide compassionate, trauma-informed care
*Build positive relationships and encourage healthy routines
*Prepare meals, support education, and develop life skills
*Advocate for young people and ensure their voices are heard
*Support medical appointments and community activities
*Transport young people using your own vehicle when required
*Help them move confidently towards independence
What We’re Looking For
*Experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary)
*Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
*Patience, empathy, and resilience
*Flexibility to work waking nights, weekends, and sleep-ins when required
*Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
An NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
What You’ll Receive
Competitive Pay
*£17.50-£24.00 per hour PAYE (including holiday pay)
*£20.00-£28.00 per hour Umbrella

*Online and face-to-face training in safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, positive behaviour support, and more
