Description
*Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
*Maintain payroll records and update employee data as required.
*Handle payroll queries efficiently and provide clear resolutions.
*Assist with payroll reporting and contribute to audits when necessary.
*Ensure deductions and contributions are calculated and applied correctly.
*Collaborate with other departments to address payroll-related issues or updates.
*Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary adjustments.
*Support the accounting and finance team with ad hoc payroll tasks as required.
Profile
A successful Payroll Administrator should have:
*Prior experience in payroll administration.
*A strong understanding of payroll systems and relevant legislation.
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Proficiency in using payroll software and Microsoft Office applications.
*Ability to work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
*Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
*CIPP Foundation Degree Qualified or Part Qualified in Payroll is desirable.
