Richard Abson Group is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager on behalf of a successful, well-established dealership based on the Wirral.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious automotive leader to take charge of a successful used car operation, managing a team of five Sales Executives and driving performance in a busy retail environment.
The RoleAs Used Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
*Leading, motivating and developing a team of 5 Sales Executives.
*Driving the team to achieve a target of 50 used vehicle sales per month.
*Coaching and supporting your team to maximise performance and profitability.
*Managing the daily operation of the used car sales department.
*Monitoring KPIs and ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales journey.
*Working closely with senior management to deliver business objectives.
The Package*£40,000 - £45,000 Basic Salary
*£65,000+ Uncapped OTE
*Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
*Every other Saturday off
*Every Sunday off

The Ideal CandidateWe’re looking for someone who has:
*Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Used Car Sales Manager, or experienced Transaction Manager within a franchised dealership.
*A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
*Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire a team.
*A hands-on management style and a passion for delivering results.
*Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*A full UK driving licence.
