REED are proud to be working in partnership with a highly sought-after educational setting in Cambridge to recruit a Domestic Supervisor on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As Domestic Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the site while supporting and leading a small domestic team.
Key responsibilities include:
*Supervising and coordinating daily cleaning operations
*Leading, motivating, and supporting domestic staff
*Maintaining high standards of cleanliness across all areas
*Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies where required
*Conducting inspections and quality checks
*Supporting compliance with health & safety and safeguarding standards
Working Pattern
*37.5 hours per week
*42 weeks per year (enjoy school holidays off)
*One Saturday every 3 weeks (7:00am–10:00am)
About You
We are looking for someone who:
*Has experience in a cleaning, domestic or facilities role (ideally with supervisory experience)
*Is organised, proactive, and confident managing a team
*Has a strong eye for detail and takes pride in high standards
*Works well independently and as part of a wider team
*Is reliable, flexible, and committed
