£38,000 - £42,000 per annum DOE
Juice Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a growing, innovative organisation in Gloucestershire with the appointment of an Operations & Projects Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking business operating within a regulated environment, where operational excellence and customer outcomes are at the forefront.
Day to Day:
This is a varied and hands on position focussed on project delivery, operational improvement and systems development. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders to drive projects forward, improve processes, and support the smooth delivery of operational change across the business.
*Train, mentor and support the operations team
*Lead and coordinate operational and systems-based projects
*Manage timelines, risks, actions and dependencies
*Support onboarding of new partners and providers across internal systems
*Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
About You:
We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised individual with a passion for improving processes and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
*Experience supporting or coordinating projects, process improvements, or system changes
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*Confidence working with operational systems and CRM platforms
*Experience in testing, implementation or system rollouts
*Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement

*Salary of £38,000 - £42,000 DOE
