Full job descriptionInternal Sales Coordinator – Rotherham - £28,000 - £29,000 plus bonus
Chase & Holland are excited to be supporting a growing business in the retail/home improvement sector as they look to recruit a dynamic, self-motivated Internal Sales professional to support this market leading organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional. If you’re passionate about customer service and sales who thrives in a fast paced role.

Responsibilities will include:
*Managing qualified customer enquiries, developing sales opportunities
*Advising customers on a range of products
*Creating and amending quotations to meet customer specifications
*Supporting customers throughout the complete sales process
*Maintaining accurate CRM records and customer documentation
*Liaising with operations and quotations teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment and high levels of customer satisfaction

*Proven experience in the home improvement sector
*Excellent customer communication skills
*Experience converting opportunities into sales
*Good organisational and follow-up skills
