THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a successful and expanding Property team. You will manage your own varied caseload, advising a diverse client base including developers, investors, landlords, lenders and commercial businesses across a broad spectrum of commercial property matters.

Your caseload will include acquisitions and disposals, land and development transactions, mixed-use property matters, auction sales and purchases, secured lending, refinancing, bridging finance, landlord and tenant work, property transactions involving pension schemes, transfers of equity and Land Registry matters. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver commercially focused advice and practical legal solutions.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE gained within a reputable commercial property practice. You will have experience managing your own caseload, strong technical expertise and sound commercial awareness.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and client relationship skills, together with a proactive and organised approach to their work. A genuine ambition to contribute to business development and progress your career within a growing team will be highly valued.
