Responsibilities:
*Managing cases from approval through to completion while maintaining pace and attention to detail
*Handling multiple priorities and keeping workflows moving efficiently
*Coordinating between customers, colleagues and external partners to meet deadlines
*Delivering clear, proactive communication throughout the customer journey
*Identifying and resolving issues quickly to minimise delays
*Building strong relationships and maintaining excellent service standards
*Ensuring processes are followed accurately and compliantly
*Supporting inbound enquiries and managing requests effectively

*£25,600 basic salary with realistic OTE of £30,000
