The role of the Sales Manager - Construction Supplies will involve:
*Sales Manager position promoting a comprehensive range of construction supplies such as; building materials, cutting tools, access & lifting equipment, contractor tools, decorating, doors, tool accessories etc
*Managing developing and coaching a team of 5 internal sales people
*An element of you role will be spent selling/dealing with tier 1 contractors, sub-contractors, construction companies and some distributors
*Increase and contribute to the company turnover
The ideal applicant will be a Sales Manager - Construction Supplies with:
*Must have people management experience in the construction industry
*Ideally sold to contractors
*Highly organised, motivated and driven
*Outgoing, enthusiastic and confident personality
*Comfortable with working both autonomously and as part of a team
*IT Literate
