I’m working with a highly respected, award-winning estate agency in High Wycombe that is looking to bring on an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their successful, fast-paced lettings team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, confident negotiator who thrives in a target-driven environment and wants to be part of a business that genuinely invests in its people.
The Role
*Managing a busy applicant database and conducting high-quality viewings
*Securing lets, negotiating offers, and progressing deals through to move-in
*Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
*Supporting the Lettings Manager with valuations and market advice
*Driving performance and contributing to the overall success of the branch
What They’re Looking For
*Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator
*Strong negotiation skills and a confident, proactive approach
*Excellent communication and the ability to build rapport quickly
*A full UK driving licence
*Someone ambitious, motivated, and keen to progress within a leading brand
