Full job descriptionVenn Group have been approached by a Charity and would like to introduce the following position available:
Position: Crisis Recovery Worker
Location: Warrington
Rate: £14 per hour including holiday pay
Length: 3 months initially with opportunity to go permanent
Hours: 6pm - 12am on Monday and Thursday, opportunities to pick shifts up on other days
Key Responsibilities include:
*Support individuals in mental health crisis within a recovery-focused service
*Answer incoming calls from service users and professionals providing timely and appropriate support
*Deliver one-to-one sessions tailored to individual needs and recovery goals
*Facilitate group support sessions to encourage peer connection and shared learning
*Respond calmly to distress and de-escalate challenging situations using appropriate techniques
Essential Criteria:
*Enhanced DBS (Adult & Child)
*Knowledge of Mental Health and ideally work experience within a crisis recovery setting
*Driving license with access to your own vehicle preferred
