Senior Electronics Design EngineerTake the Lead on Innovative Engineering ProjectsAre you an experienced Electronics Design Engineer looking for greater responsibility, technical variety, and full project ownership?
Belcan is seeking a Senior Electronics Design Engineer to lead the delivery of complex industrial control systems, Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), cable test solutions, electromechanical systems, and automated process control equipment. This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects from concept through to delivery, while collaborating with customers across a range of advanced industries.
The RoleYou’ll manage engineering projects of varying size and complexity, taking responsibility for project planning, design, customer engagement, and successful delivery through Belcan’s engineering tollgate process.
Key responsibilities include:
*Leading project quotations, estimates, schedules, and budgets.
*Delivering high-quality electrical and electronic design solutions.
*Managing projects through the full engineering lifecycle.
*Working directly with customers to develop innovative technical solutions.
*Leading design reviews and coordinating engineering resources.
*Identifying and managing project risks.
*Producing technical documentation, test procedures, and manufacturing packages.
What We’re Looking For*Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
*Strong electronics design experience, including PCB and test circuit design.
*Proven project management experience within an engineering environment.
*Experience producing engineering drawings and technical documentation.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*CAD experience (AutoCAD or SolidWorks preferred).
Desirable:
*LabVIEW, Visual Basic, or C++ experience.
*Knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical systems.
