We’re looking for an ambitious Trainee Estate Agent to join our growing team. No previous estate agency experience is required – we’ll provide full training and ongoing support to help you build a successful career in the property industry.
What You’ll Be Doing*Assisting buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants throughout their property journey.
*Registering applicants and understanding their property requirements.
*Arranging and conducting property viewings.
*Generating new business opportunities through proactive communication.
*Building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional customer service.
*Supporting the sales team with negotiations and progressing sales.
*Keeping property records and CRM systems up to date.
*Learning all aspects of residential sales and lettings.

*A willingness to learn and develop.
*Confidence working towards targets.
*Good organisational and time management skills.
*Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred/essential depending on your business).
