A well-established and growing design studio in North Birmingham is looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their close-knit team. If you’re technically strong and want to work on commercial, mixed-use and high-end residential projects, this could be a great next step.
What you’ll be doing
*Producing detailed technical drawings and construction information
*Working closely with architects, engineers and consultants
*Delivering technical packages for steel frame, RC and traditional builds
*Leading on below-ground detailing, including basements
*Ensuring designs comply with UK Building Regulations
*Supporting projects through to site and build stage
What we’re looking for
*5+ years’ experience as an Architectural Technologist
*Strong background in RC, steel frame and basement construction
*Solid working knowledge of Building Regs
*Confident using AutoCAD and/or Revit
*Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple projects
