*Location: Crawley
*Job Type: Temporary (until December 2026)
*Hours: 37 hours per week
*Salary: £19.25 per hour
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment & Contracts Officer. This role is crucial in maintaining HR operations and supporting major transformation programmes.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from advertising to onboarding.
*Draft, issue, and maintain contracts of employment and contractual changes.
*Maintain accurate HR records and workforce data.
*Produce and analyse HR reports and metrics.
*Support data cleansing, reporting, and system readiness activities.
*Utilise tools such as SharePoint and Excel to manage documentation and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven HR experience, including recruitment and contracts management.
*Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Confidence working with workforce data and reporting.
*Ability to manage competing priorities and support organisational change.
*CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
