Hours
*Tuesday to Friday
*Bicester, Oxfordshire-OX26
*£15.01 an hour and weekly pay
*4:00 am-8:00 am or 5:00 am-9:00 am (16 hours per week)
*Optional 5-hour shifts available (20 hours per week)
Job Purpose
To accurately receive, scan, sort, and prepare stock while ensuring warehouse operations run efficiently, safely, and to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
*Scan products using handheld barcode scanners.
*Receive, unload, and check incoming deliveries.
*Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
*Sort and organise stock into designated storage locations.
*Label and prepare goods for dispatch.
*Carry out stock counts and inventory checks.
*Report damaged or missing items.
*Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.
*Follow company procedures and health and safety regulations.
*Work efficiently to meet productivity targets.
Skills and Experience
Essential
*Good attention to detail.
*Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
*Ability to follow instructions accurately.
*Reliable and punctual.
*Able to work independently and as part of a team.
*Comfortable using handheld scanning devices or willing to learn.
Desirable
*Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
*Experience with barcode scanners or warehouse management systems.
*Manual handling experience.
